See you there!

Vision

We envision that every elderly in Singapore can experience the protection, care and love of a family.

Objectives

Our aim is to provide holistic care to these elderly in terms of medical and psychosocial support.

We hope to engage secondary school students in this endeavour via the service-learning approach where these students can learn valuable, practical skills of caring, serving and communicating with the elderly. Armed with these skills, they can serve their own family as well.

This project envisions students to be advocates of these vulnerable elderly in our population.

Mission

We aim to serve the medical and social needs of our elderly population by providing holistic care.

Through the service-learning approach, we will inculcate important values, educate and empower our youths to be champions of their communities.

Goals

Students

To broaden the worldview of our young secondary school students to the difficult problems faced by the geriatric care community, and to instil values in the way they view and respect their patient, their grandparents, and themselves

Team Leaders

To empower team leaders, our future professionals in healthcare, to engage in inter-disciplinary collaboration to deliver the best patient-centric care possible

Elderly

To enable every elderly patient to experience the love and care of a family, and to empower and equip them with apt techniques and medical support to return them to better health
