Tri-Generational HomeCare

University Students

Comprised of students from Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy from NUS, NTU and SIT, these students serve as team leaders and mentors to guide the secondary school students. They will be responsible for the elderly’s well-being and coordination of care, the safety of the team, as well as facilitating learning within the team.

 

Secondary School Students

Our secondary school students participate actively and assist in the duties of the team, to learn practical caregiving skills as well as communication skills. Through the service-learning approach, we will inculcate important values, educate and empower our youths to be champions of their communities.
